You can generally use this website without registering. If you use the contact form or contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide to handle your request.

3. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed, for example IP address, date and time of the request, browser and device information, referrer URL, and the requested page. This data is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably, and without errors.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of this website.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your email address and the website address you provide. We use this data to respond to your request and send you the requested website draft or further information.

Requests are submitted through a Cloudflare Pages Function. We use Resend to send the email notification, which means the form data and technical sending data are transmitted to Resend.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in efficient request handling.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

We link to WhatsApp from this website. If you use this link, you leave our website and open WhatsApp. The respective provider is responsible for data processing inside WhatsApp.

If you message us via WhatsApp, we process in particular your phone number, profile name, message content, and communication metadata where needed to handle your request. Using WhatsApp is voluntary; you can also contact us by email or through the contact form.

6. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts are loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The integration is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is consistent and performant visual presentation of the website.

7. Storage period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Request data is deleted once the request has been fully handled, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate interests prevent deletion.
